Tanya Frost has over 25 years of experience in training and people development within the customer service sector. Since April 2011, Tanya has served as People Development Manager and Trainer at Caravan and Motorhome Club, focusing on enhancing employee skills and performance. Previously, from 1997 to 2011, Tanya held roles as Contact Centre Training Team Leader and Contact Centre Agent at The Caravan Club, where responsibilities included training new staff and supporting customer service operations. Tanya began their career at Birdseye Walls in 1996 as a Customer Care Operative, providing foundational experience in customer support.
