Sarah Cripps, MSc, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and training. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Salad Skills Ltd since July 2014, Sarah is dedicated to making a positive impact for apprentices and employers. As the Founder of Big Balance Theory and an Enterprise Adviser with The Careers & Enterprise Company since December 2016, Sarah supports initiatives that enhance educational and career opportunities across the UK. Previously, Sarah contributed to the Learning and Qualifications Advisory Group at The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and held a Director position at Skillspoint, focusing on organizational development and government funding solutions. Sarah's career began as a Programme Advisor for the Learning and Skills Council, where responsibilities included securing high-quality provisions and funding. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Skills and Performance from the University of Leicester, a BSc in Sociology from The Open University, and an HNC in Business and Organisational Management from Leicester College.
