Balusamy Murugan

Balusamy Murugan has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the HR Manager at The Carlton, Kodaikanal since May 2007. Prior roles include Manager of Costing and HR at Paramount Mills Private Ltd, Thirumangalam from June 2005 to April 2007, where responsibilities included administration, human resources, costing, and income tax management. From December 1992 to May 2005, Balusamy held the position of General Manager of Administration, HR, and Finance at Asal Malabar Beedi Private, overseeing all aspects of the company. Balusamy holds an MBA in HR and Industrial Relations from Alagappa University, completed in 2008, as well as a C.A. Intermediate qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a B.Com from Madurai Kamaraj University, specializing in income tax and costing.
