Michele Liakos

Michele has over 38 years of property management experience managing a diversified portfolio in the real estate industry of multi-family, retail and commercial assets in the Southeast. Michele specializes in the multi-family sector with expertise in new construction, lease ups, acquisition and renovations.

Michele is a licensed NC Real Estate Broker. She holds the Institute of Real Estate Management Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation as well as the National Apartment Association Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation. She has served on the Board of the Virginia Apartment Association and the Tidewater Multi-Family Housing Council. In 2001, she was named Regional Multi-Site Manager of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders.
