Dean Ferris

Dean Ferris has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Dean is currently the Director of Business Development at The Cason Group, Inc. and the Principal Owner of ADJEL Consulting. Previously, they served as the Chief Growth Officer at HealthBridge, where they played a pivotal role in securing $15M in capital funding for the company. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer at TGG Solutions, where they successfully led the acquisition and consolidation of three competing managing agencies. Before entering the healthcare industry, Dean worked as a Director of Administration/Pastor at New Hope Community Church. Dean also held positions as General Manager at Northern Office Suppliers, Marketing/Distribution Development Consultant at Steelcase, and District Sales Manager at American Seating Company.

Dean Ferris earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Additionally, they hold additional certifications as a Licensed Health and Life Insurance Agent and as a Licensed Pastor/Elder, both obtained in the State of Michigan.
