Matt Barnby

Matt Barnby is an experienced hospitality professional with a career spanning over 17 years at The Celtic Collection and Celtic Manor Resort. Currently serving as Regional Operations Director, Matt has held various leadership roles including Cluster Hotel Director and Hotel Manager since joining The Celtic Collection in March 2016. Prior experience includes positions as Golf Operations Manager, Twenty Ten Clubhouse Operations Manager, and Event Manager at Celtic Manor Resort from January 2006 to January 2016, overseeing golf services, membership, retail, and the Academy. Matt holds a BA (Hons) in Leisure & Sport Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, earned between 2000 and 2003.
