Tamela Mills

Tamela Mills currently serves as the Head of School at Bridgemont International School while also working as a Secondary Guide Educator at The Center for Guided Montessori Studies. Previously, Tamela held positions such as Lead Adolescent Montessori Guide at Harbour Oaks Montessori School and AMI Adolescent Montessori Guide at the International Montessori School - Auburn. With extensive experience in education, including roles as a Montessori teacher and coordinator for various programs, Tamela has contributed to the fields of environmental education through initiatives with the Yellow River Water Trail. Tamela holds a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Georgia State University, as well as degrees from Purdue University and Sarasota University, along with multiple Montessori certifications.
