Lesley Forneris, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, DFCDE, serves as the Vice President of Talent & Organizational Excellence at The Center for Health Affairs since 2008, where leadership encompasses human capital and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging strategies to enhance workforce engagement and performance in collaboration with key leaders and the board of directors.
