Joan Hartman

Joan Hartman is the Chief Executive Officer at the CENTER for human services, and an Adjunct Faculty at Heartland Community College, teaching classes in the Recovery Support Services work ready program. With a background in counseling psychology and alcohol and drug studies, Joan previously held various vice president positions at Chestnut Health Systems.
