Todd Gaziano serves as the President of the Center for Individual Rights, starting in August 2023, leading a nonprofit law firm focused on defending individual liberties against government overreach. Prior to this role, Todd held significant positions at the Pacific Legal Foundation as Chief of Legal Policy and Strategic Research and Director of the Center for the Separation of Power from April 2014 to August 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Accountable Care Associates, Inc., and Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Quality Health Ideas, Inc., both in 2013. Todd also contributed as a Commissioner for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights from February 2008 to December 2013 and as a Senior Legal Fellow and Director at The Heritage Foundation from September 1997 to May 2013. Todd Gaziano earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Chicago Law School between 1985 and 1988.
