Sibby Arkell-Glover

Sibby Arkell-Glover has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sibby's most recent position is Chief Operating Officer at The CEO Magazine Global, starting in 2023. Prior to this, Sibby worked at Vodafone as a Senior Commercial Manager from 2020 to 2023, where they were responsible for the commercial performance of a major B2B partnership for the cloud business.

From 2015 to 2020, Sibby worked at AECOM, first as a Senior Consultant-Supply Chain and later as the Global Operations and Commercial Manager. In these roles, Sibby focused on developing the energy business and delivering sustainable results to strategic initiatives.

Before AECOM, Sibby worked at Atkins as a Consultant-Commercial and Procurement Advisory from 2013 to 2015, where they led the supply chain consulting and provided sustainable procurement advice to clients.

Sibby's earlier experiences include working at Babcock International Group PLC as a Senior Commercial Officer from 2010 to 2013, launching a new commercial department, and at Carbon 2018 Limited as a Consultant from 2008 to 2010, specializing in designing energy-saving packages.

Sibby also had earlier roles as a Design Intern at Simon Morray-Jones Architects Ltd. in 2008, an Assistant Consultant at Total Environmental Management from 2007 to 2008, an Intern at Lexington Communications in 2006, and as a Self Employed Jazz Singer and Band Manager at Topsy Turvy from 2004 to 2006. Sibby Arkell-Glover's education history begins in 1999 when they attended Laurel Park School and obtained Standard Grades in multiple subjects, including Art, Music, History, Biology, French, German, English, and Mathematics. They then attended Kelvinside Academy from 2001 to 2002, where they earned Scottish Highers in English, German, French, Music, and Art. In 2007, Sibby enrolled at Bath Spa University and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Management, which they completed in 2010.

In 2020, Sibby attended the Quantic School of Business and Technology for a short period and obtained an Executive MBA with a focus on International Business Strategy and Leadership. They also earned additional certifications in Accounting I Fundamentals and Accounting II Revenues and Expenses from the same institution in January 2020.
