Adrian Reid

Adrian Reid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and social development. Currently serving as a Senior Innovation Specialist at The Chalmers Center at Covenant College, Adrian focuses on poverty alleviation through a blend of transformative development and innovation. As a Design Thinking and Innovation Coach, Adrian guides NGOs and social entrepreneurs in human-centered design to address socio-economic challenges. Adrian is also a Core Team Member at Si Food Hub and Co-Founder of The Nova Project, a faith-based organization dedicated to fostering flourishing societies through divine wisdom. Previously, Adrian worked at LegaciGlobal as a Systems Entrepreneur to implement development initiatives in the Caribbean and West Africa and served as an adjunct professor and learning consultant to educate various organizations on business strategy. Adrian holds an MBA from the University of Surrey and multiple degrees in marketing and theology.
