Russell Mask

Russell Mask is a Professor of Community Development at Covenant College and also serves as an International Microenterprise Development Technical Specialist at The Chalmers Center. Prior to these roles, Russell worked as a Research, Evaluation & Communications Coordinator at Faulu Africa. Mask holds a Ph.D. in Development Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
