Megan Barcheski

Megan Barcheski, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. With extensive experience in total rewards, HR technology and operations, analytics, and talent acquisition, Megan currently serves as Vice President at Chamberlain Group. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Global Compensation and HR Analytics and Associate Director of Total Rewards at Tyson Foods, as well as managerial positions focusing on analytics and compensation at Sidley Austin LLP and Allstate. Additionally, Megan is a member of Chief, a network dedicated to supporting women in executive roles.
