Jon McMillen

As Chief Maintenance Officer for The Champion Companies, Jon McMillen leads the company’s maintenance team and oversees their day-to-day responsibilities at each Champion community.

Jon is responsible for formulating and implementing Champion’s maintenance policies and procedures, making sure they are communicated and trained upon across the company. He manages Champion’s inventory system, vacant unit turns, work order processes and exterior maintenance projects. He plays an integral role in the company’s hiring, training and development process.

Jon received a Bachelor’s degree from Franklin University in business management and business administration. He also received his Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor designation from the NAA.
