Kenny Wells

Kenny Wells joined Champion in 2012 and holds the role of Vice President of Rental Operations in the organization.

Kenny oversees the daily operations at his communities, leading teams of Community Managers to meet leasing and occupancy goals, balance budgets, reduce delinquency, and ensure overall resident satisfaction and retention.

He also acts as a Training Ambassador for Champion, providing one-on-one attention to both new team members and tenured team members looking to improve their everyday skills and performance.

Kenny served in the Ohio National Guard for 8 years and is the proud recipient of the Army Commendation Medal and Global War on Terrorism Medal.
