Joshua Thompson

Joshua Thompson is a City Council Member for the City of Ellensburg, elected with approximately 75% of the vote in November 2023 for a four-year term. Thompson has served as a Senior Systems Manager at The Channel Company since December 2020, playing a key role in the merger of technologies following the acquisition of Audienz. Prior experience includes positions at Audienz Marketing, where Thompson advanced from Technical Marketing Consultant to Senior Technical Manager, leading numerous technical projects. As a co-founder of Tripket and Deep Cello Coffee Roasters, Thompson demonstrated entrepreneurial skills in developing a travel-based social media platform and a white label coffee brand, respectively. Early career experience includes a contract position as a Support Engineer at Siemens, working with Microsoft on their Assistance Platform. Joshua Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Eastern Oregon University.
