Aaron Edwards is a Limited Partner at First Close Partners, where Aaron focuses on backing venture funds owned by underrepresented managers. Aaron is also the CEO of THE CHARLES GROUP, a creative agency that provides strategic campaigns and digital experiences for various clients. Additionally, Aaron serves as an angel investor and advisor at PeduL, and a member of the Board of Advisors at Pace University - Lubin School of Business. Previously, Aaron worked as an Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hull.
