Alhaj Saaka Dumba is currently serving as a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) Ghana and the Vice President of Roads for the same institution. Alhaj Saaka is also the Vice President of Roads for the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport International. Previously, they worked as a Lead Consultant for a transport planning and management consulting firm. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Transportation at the Ministry of Energy in Ghana. Alhaj started their career at the Ministry of Health in Ghana, where they worked for 17 years and held the position of Chief Transport Manager.
Alhaj Saaka Dumba pursued their education at Sheffield Hallam University from 1999 to 2000, where they obtained a Masters degree in Transport Planning and Management. Additionally, they attended the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration to pursue an Executive Masters in Governance and Leadership, although the exact dates of their enrollment and completion are not provided.
