Steve Polce

Steve Polce has a strong background in the restaurant industry, with a focus on operations management. Steve started their career in 1991 as a General Manager at Dave & Buster's, where they worked until 1996. During this time, they played a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the establishment. In 1996, Steve joined The Cheesecake Factory as an Area Director of Operations. Steve quickly progressed to the position of Regional Vice President of Operations in 2014. Their expertise and leadership skills enabled him to oversee multiple locations and drive operational excellence within the company.
