Fiona Markwick

Fiona Markwick is an experienced professional with a robust background in corporate planning, stakeholder management, and project management. Currently serving as Company Secretary at The Cheltenham Trust since July 2017, Fiona has previously held several senior positions at Natural England from October 2007 to September 2016, including Senior Adviser in Marine Stakeholder Management and Project Manager for SPA designations. Fiona's expertise also encompasses setting standards for high-risk business areas and leading corporate planning and reporting initiatives. Earlier roles include Head of Corporate Planning and Head of Market Towns at the Countryside Agency, where responsibilities included financial and target planning and overseeing a significant regeneration program. Fiona's foundational education took place at Bournside, Cheltenham from 1984 to 1991.
