James Baker

James Baker has extensive experience in operational management and facilities oversight, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations and Deputy CEO at The Cheltenham Trust since September 2014. Previous roles at The Cheltenham Trust include Head of Facilities and Health & Safety, Sport and Leisure Assistant Manager, Senior Facilities Coordinator, and Duty Manager. James Baker also gained valuable experience at Cheltenham Borough Council from August 2008 to September 2014, holding positions such as Duty Manager and Team Leader, along with a background in lifeguarding at both Sandford Parks Lido and Cheltenham Ladies' College. James Baker's educational foundation was established at St Benedict’s Catholic Sports College from 2002 to 2007.
