William Scheiderer has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. William began their career in 1989 with the US Army, where they served as a Sergeant First Class and later as a Support Operations manager. During their time in the army, they led personnel and coordinated logistical support for a large Army aviation organization. After leaving the military, Scheiderer worked as an Automotive Mechanic for the Department of Logistics, where they troubleshooted, repaired, and modified various types of vehicles. William then joined AAI Corporation as an Instructor, where they provided instruction to foreign national army students on the operation and maintenance of military vehicles. Scheiderer later worked at Stericycle as a Supervisor, Hazardous Waste, overseeing hazardous waste management operations. From 2003 to 2007, they pursued a degree in General Studies and graduated with an AGS from Central Texas College.
