Rayna Laiosa

Rayna Laiosa, CHMM, CPEA, currently serves as the Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager at The Chemours Company, a position held since May 2022, responsible for leading state regulatory affairs across the United States and developing proactive advocacy strategies. Prior experience includes serving as the Environmental Policy Manager at PSEG from September 2007 to April 2022, where significant contributions were made in coordinating environmental comments, monitoring legislative changes, and building coalitions to advocate for sound environmental policies. Additional roles at PSEG included serving as a Senior Corporate EHS Compliance Analyst, conducting numerous audits, and providing EHS performance measurement data. Rayna's career also includes a tenure as Sr. EHS Specialist at Benjamin Moore & Co., where leadership was demonstrated in managing environmental programs and supervising a team of EHS specialists. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Stockton University.
