Irene Chen

Irene Chen, MSHI, CSPO, has extensive experience in healthcare informatics, currently serving as IT Epic Manager at Boston Children's Hospital since February 2013. During this tenure, Irene has held multiple roles including Patient Portal Product Manager, Patient Portal Administrator, and Application Development Specialist I and II. Prior to this, Irene worked at Asiana Fusion as a bartender and completed an internship at Merrill Lynch. Irene holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Informatics from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Suffolk University, along with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Bunker Hill Community College.
