Joan LaRovere, MD, MSc, MBA, is a distinguished physician and healthcare leader with extensive experience in pediatric cardiac intensive care. Serving at Boston Children's Hospital since 2011, LaRovere holds positions as ACMO for Transformation and Director of Innovation and Outcomes, overseeing a 31-bed pediatric CICU that treats 1,400 critically ill congenital cardiac patients annually. As a Board Member at LifeMD and Healthcare Operating Partner at iSelect Fund, LaRovere contributes to strategic healthcare initiatives. Additionally, LaRovere co-founded the Virtue Foundation, focusing on healthcare, education, and empowerment for women and children in need. With a solid educational background, including an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and an MD from Columbia University, LaRovere also serves as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School.
