Doug McKee

Doug McKee, M.D., FAAFP, FAMIA, currently serves as the Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) at Health First since April 2017. McKee is also a member of the Board of Directors for The Children's Hunger Project and holds advisory roles at Lana Health and Andor Health. Previously, McKee worked at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Medical Doctor in Informatics, serving as the National Clinical Lead for Emerging Health Technologies from 2008 to April 2017. Earlier positions include being a physician at Health First and Duke University Health System. McKee obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed a residency in Family Practice at Florida Hospital, following a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Indiana University Bloomington.
