Katrina Brandt

Katrina Brandt is an accomplished professional in talent development and learning management with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Talent Development Lead and previously as Talent Development Partner at The Children's Society since March 2022, Katrina has a strong background in the hospitality industry, having worked as Learning and Development Manager at The Ritz London from March 2021 to March 2022, and in various roles including Learning Manager UK and Regional Trainer UK at PPHE Hotel Group from October 2011 to March 2021. Katrina holds CIPD qualifications and a Bachelor of Musical Theatre from Central Queensland University, complemented by a High School Certificate in Arts from Hervey Bay High School.
