Edward Zambrano

Edward Zambrano is a Program Manager at The Children's Trust of Miami-Dade County since August 2023, overseeing taxpayer-funded contracts for youth development programs to ensure positive outcomes in Miami-Dade County. Previously, Edward served as an English Teacher at Miami-Dade County Public Schools from August 2020 to August 2023, fostering literacy among students. Edward's earlier experience includes roles as a Corps Member for Teach For America, a Summer Camp Interventionist at Miami Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired, an Administrative Assistant at The Florida Office of Financial Regulation, and an Economic Self-Sufficiency Specialist at the Florida Department of Children and Families. Additionally, Edward was involved with Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity Inc. as Director of Alumni Relations and Judicial Chancellor, and served as a Resident Assistant with UF Housing and Residence Life Education. Edward holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida, obtained in 2019.
