Amith Menon

Amith Menon is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant and hotel management. Currently serving as the Owner/Operator of Mary Brown's Chicken since October 2023 and as the Owner of The Chopped Leaf since September 2020, Amith has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previous roles include General Manager/Operator at Rickys Group of Family-Style Restaurants, General Manager at Guest House Inn & Suites, and Hotel Manager at Super 8, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from a Business and Hotel Management school in Switzerland and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Oxford Institution in Bangalore.
