Brad C. has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Brad started their career as a Human Resources Adviser at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport from 2001 to 2003. Brad then worked as a Medical Recruitment Advisor at Queen Mary's Sidcup NHS Trust for a brief period in 2003. Following that, Brad joined HM Treasury and held multiple roles, including Resourcing Specialist from 2003 to 2011, where they oversaw graduate recruitment and managed supplier relationships. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the People & Skills Project Manager / HR Business Partner, providing strategic HR guidance and managing various key functions and projects.
Most recently, Brad has been working at The Church of England since 2014. Initially, they served as Archbishops' Appointments & Vocations Adviser, responsible for managing the Senior Appointments team and supporting the Archbishops of Canterbury and York in appointing senior roles. Brad was also involved in diversity initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and culture change. Currently, Brad holds the position of Head of Human Resources Operations, where they continue to contribute their expertise in HR operations.
Brad C. attended St John's College, Nottingham from 2007 to 2013, where they obtained a CertHE in Theology for Ministry. Following this, they pursued further education at Durham University from 2022 to 2025, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Theology/Theological Studies. In addition to their academic qualifications, Brad has obtained certifications such as being a Green Ribbon Member of Oracle Cloud Customer Connect, a Chartered MCIPD from CIPD, and certifications as a Myers Briggs Practitioner and Test User for Occupational Personality from OPP and The British Psychological Society, respectively.
