Heather Mills Aca

Heather Mills ACA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Heather started their career at Cambridge Consultants as a Senior Engineer, specializing in software design and signal processing algorithm development. Heather then joined KPMG Singapore, where they held multiple roles, including Audit Associate, Audit Senior Associate, Audit Assistant Manager, and eventually Audit Manager. At KPMG, they gained experience in IFRS and US GAAP audits across various industries, leading audit teams and managing client engagements. Heather then worked at Mazars in Singapore as an Audit Manager and Audit Technical and Training Manager, where they supervised audit teams, managed a portfolio of clients, and provided technical accounting updates and training. Heather later joined NIAB as a Senior Finance Business Partner and Head of Strategic Finance Projects, responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, management reporting, and revenue and profitability oversight. Heather then moved to CDP, where they served as the Head of CIO Function Finance Operations. Most recently, Heather worked at Marshall Land Systems as a Senior Business Partner in Finance. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at The Church of England.

Heather Mills ACA completed their undergraduate education from 1997 to 2000 at UCL, where they obtained a B.Sc degree in Mathematics. Following this, in 2009, they attended the British Council in Singapore for a brief period to pursue a CELTA degree in English Language Teaching. In July 2017, Heather obtained the ACA certification from ICAEW.
