Elizabeth Taylor

Elizabeth Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Elizabeth started their career in 2005 as a Campaign Lead Processor at United Way, where they led a team of data processors and handled cash donations. Elizabeth then moved to CIGNA Behavioral Health in 2006, first as an Eligibility Analyst and then as an Eligibility Coordinator, responsible for coordinating data feeds and resolving eligibility issues. In 2009, they joined CIGNA and worked as an Eligibility Trainer/Auditor, training staff and developing policies and procedures. From 2010 to 2021, they held various roles at Cigna Healthcare, including Legal Compliance Senior Advisor and Business Project Senior Analyst, where they implemented changes to claim systems and ensured compliance with federal regulations. In 2016, they became a Project Manager/Business Process Manager, managing teams and documenting processes. Since 2023, they have been working as a Legal Compliance Director at The Cigna Group, utilizing their expertise in legal compliance.

Elizabeth Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2001 to 2005. Elizabeth later pursued an MBA at Hamline University from 2010 to 2011.
