Kari Knight Stevens has extensive work experience in the legal and corporate sector. Kari Knight began their career in 2007 as an Associate at Blank Rome LLP, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they joined The Cigna Group, starting as a Senior Counsel, specializing in employee benefits and compensation. Kari Knight also held various roles within the company, including Managing Counsel, Associate Chief Counsel, VP, Chief Counsel, and SVP, Chief Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Currently, they serve as EVP, Chief HR Officer & Corporate Secretary at The Cigna Group.

Kari Knight Stevens holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from Boston College. Additionally, they have obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law.
