Tamara Nazha

Tamara Nazha has a diverse range of experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Tamara currently works as a Recruiting Lead Analyst at The Cigna Group. Prior to this role, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Arrow Workforce Solutions. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Recruitment Consultant at MINDFREE CONSULTING, where they provided recruitment and business consultancy services. Tamara also has experience as a Research Consultant at The Top Talent from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Recruitment Administrator at Zeder Group in 2013 and as an HR intern at Byblos Bank SAL from May 2013 to September 2013. Tamara holds an MSM in HR and is a SHRM-CP certified professional.

Tamara Nazha, MSM - HR, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration at the American University of Beirut from 2008 to 2013. Tamara is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management and Human Resources at the University of Central Florida, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In September 2022, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
