Alan Heron is an experienced commercial manager with a diverse background in sales and operations across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager for Group Inside Sales at The Citation Group since April 2022, Alan previously held significant positions including Operations Manager at The Xact Group Ltd., UK Operations Manager at UNISONO Business Solutions, and Sales and Operations Manager at FEP Heatcare. With a foundation in customer account management from BiP Solutions Ltd., as well as extensive sales experience from roles at Thomson Directories and Monster, Alan has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills throughout a career that began as Managing Director at Saltire Services Limited.
