Craig Keenan

Craig Keenan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Craig is currently a Project Lead at The Citation Group since 2022. Before that, they founded their own company, TDL, where they served as Founder CEO starting from 2022.

From 2017 to 2022, Craig worked at Silicon Reef as a Director, specializing in Microsoft modern workplace solutions.

Prior to that, they were the Managing Director of CKPM Consultancy from 2010 to 2019.

Craig also held various roles at Unilever, including Portfolio Manager, Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager, and Project Manager. Craig was involved in delivering Salesforce and SharePoint projects, implementing best practices and driving successful outcomes.

Craig Keenan received a professional certification in ITIL V3 and PRINCE 2 in the year 2011. From 2006 to 2008, they pursued a degree in Business Management from West Cheshire College, specializing in NVQ5. Craig completed their high school education at Ellesmere Port Catholic High from 1994 to 1999, earning 12 GCSEs with grades ranging from A to C.
