Laura Wheelock P.e.

Laura Wheelock, P.E. is a Public Works Engineer with extensive experience in structural and transportation engineering. Laura has been with the City of Burlington, Vermont since July 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing public works projects. Prior to this role, Laura worked as a Structural Engineer at EIV Technical Services from February 2013 to June 2014 and served as a Structural/Transportation Engineer at Hoyle, Tanner & Associates, Inc. from May 2002 to February 2013, focusing on bridge, parking garage, and wastewater structure projects. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Norwich University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University.
