Orieta Glozheni

Orieta Glozheni, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Burlington, Vermont, overseeing multiple departments including Parks, Recreation & Waterfront, City Arts, Business & Workforce Development, and Racial Equity, Inclusion & Belonging. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Eplerwood International and a Project Administrator and Tourism Data Analyst at Burlington School District. Orieta has a background in hospitality training, certified by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, with previous positions as a Trainer and Co-Founder of various tourism organizations in Albania. Orieta's educational foundation is a Bachelor's degree in Language and Literature from the University of Tirana.
