Brandi Deutsch

Brandi Deutsch, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for The City of Fargo since January 2024. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at Brookstone Property and New Leaf Hospitality, Inc., as well as Director of Operations/Human Resources at WE-Ortho. Brandi has extensive experience overseeing multiple hotel operations, notably as Regional Director for WHG Companies, LLC, where responsibilities included managing 12 hotels nationwide and facilitating hiring and onboarding processes. A strong background in guest services, time management, and team building complements a solid educational foundation, with degrees from North Dakota State University and Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
