Jen Kraiter

Jen Kraiter is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources management, personnel administration, and recruitment. Currently serving as the HR Manager for The City of Fargo since December 2016, Jen previously held the position of Personnel Superintendent at the ND Air National Guard, where responsibilities included supervising personnel activities and advising on career progression and benefits. Additional roles include HR positions at Wanzek Construction, VA Health Care System, and DMS Health Technologies, where Jen developed performance management programs, conducted wage surveys, and managed employee relations initiatives. Jen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mary and two Associate's degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Health Services and Human Resources Management.
