Melissa Lura

Melissa Lura, SPHR, serves as the Human Resources Manager for The City of Fargo since July 2021. Previously, Melissa held director-level positions in human resources at Eventide Senior Living Communities and Lutheran Services Carolinas, as well as managerial roles at Facility Logistic Services and Senior Lifestyle Corporation. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources for Correctional Medical Care and the HR Manager for Buffalo Clinic, PA. Earlier career roles include Payroll Specialist at Dominium Management Services and Senior Payroll Specialist at Paychex. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from North Dakota State University.
