Kristin Stultz Pressley, PhD, is a distinguished Teaching Artist at Tennessee Theatre since January 2019 and a Musical Theatre Historian with an extensive freelance career beginning in August 2003. Kristin has contributed significantly to various organizations, including The Classic Center, where lectures and essays enhance the Broadway Series, and The Peace Center, facilitating educational residencies in South Carolina high schools. In addition to board membership with South Carolina Children's Theatre and Folkmoot USA, Kristin has served as an Adjunct Instructor at Brenau University and Furman University, where curriculum development in theatre arts was a focus. Kristin holds a PhD in Musical Theatre from The University of Georgia, a Master's Degree from the University of Kentucky, and a Bachelor's Degree in Drama from Furman University.
