James Colassano started their work experience in 1990 at JPMorgan, where they held various roles including Vice President in business development, partnership/alliance management, and contract negotiation activities. James also managed the e-channels business. In 2005, they joined HSBC, USA as the SVP and Head of U.S. Commercial Payment Products, responsible for overseeing the cash management suite. In 2012, they became the SVP, Global Head of Payment Products at HSBC, overseeing electronic and paper-based payment products for corporate clients. From 2016, they worked at The Clearing House as the SVP of Product Development and Strategy, focusing on the U.S. Real Time Payments program.
James Colassano completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Operations Management at Baruch College. James subsequently pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in Banking and Finance at Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
