Rajat Baijal

Rajat Baijal has an extensive work experience in enterprise risk management. Rajat currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Risk at The Clearing House, where they are responsible for designing and implementing an enterprise risk framework. Prior to their current role, they worked as Managing Director and Global Head of Enterprise Risk at Cantor Fitzgerald, leading the design and implementation of a risk framework across multiple regions. Rajat has also held positions at Kensington Mortgages, Cantor Fitzgerald, Aviva plc, Lloyds Banking Group, EXL Service Inc., and American Express, where they gained expertise in risk management, risk assessment, and process improvement. Rajat is currently an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, teaching enterprise risk management.

Rajat Baijal has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electronics from the University of Mumbai. Rajat also holds an MBA from the University of Glasgow, where they focused on Strategy, Accounting, and Finance. In addition to their formal education, Rajat has obtained a Professional Membership from the Institute of Operational Risk in July 2014. Rajat is also certified in Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 99, both obtained from FINRA.
