Drew Cashman began their work experience in 2015 as a Quality Assurance Manager at Mountain States: Premium Meats, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Clemens Food Group as a Fresh Pork R&D Technologist and worked in that role until 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they served as the R&D and Commercialization Manager at the same company. Currently, Drew holds the position of Director of International and Industrial Sales at Clemens Food Group, starting in 2023.
Drew Cashman holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Meat Science from Texas Tech University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Agricultural Communication/Journalism from the same university, from 2009 to 2012. In addition, Drew has acquired several certifications including HACCP Refresher, Implementing SQF Systems, Principles of Internal Auditing, and HACCP Implementation and Management, obtained from NSF International and HACCP International between 2013 and 2015.
