Aharon Elbaz

Aharon Elbaz has extensive experience in hardware development and engineering management. Aharon has held leadership positions in various companies, including Climate, where they currently serve as VP R&D. Prior to this, they worked as a VP R&D at High Sec Labs, where they managed R&D development teams and implemented development processes for military products. Before that, they were Head of Hardware Developments and Engineering Manager at Juganu, responsible for managing hardware development teams and overseeing the development of the company's hardware products. Elbaz also served as R&D Manager of hardware development at BrightSource Energy, Inc., where they had comprehensive development responsibility for multidisciplinary products. Aharon started their career as an Electrical Engineer in the Israel Defense Forces and has held roles such as Hardware Group Manager at Anobit Technologies, Hardware Manager at Horizon Semiconductors, and Project Manager and System Engineer at GPRO Ltd. Throughout their career, Elbaz has demonstrated expertise in hardware design, system development, and project management.

Aharon Elbaz obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Aharon completed their education from 1996 to 2000.
