Josh Roberson

Josh Roberson is a seasoned professional in agricultural business and management with a comprehensive background in sales and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Regional Enablement Lead at Climate since June 2022, Josh drives adoption of the Climate Fieldview platform and enhances the use of digital tools across teams in the SEC and ECB. With extensive experience as the Owner Operator of K & J Farms, LLC and Carolina Country Fresh, LLC since 2011 and 2002 respectively, Josh has established a robust business acumen. Previously, roles as District Sales Manager at Bayer Crop Science and Monsanto Company between 2017 and 2022 highlight expertise in seed sales encompassing Dekalb, Deltapine, and Asgrow products. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from North Carolina State University, obtained in 2002.
