Matthew Klupchak

Matthew Klupchak is a Senior Staff Engineer at Climate, having joined in July 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew spent fifteen years at Microsoft, where notable positions included Senior Software Developer in Commercial Software Engineering and in Enterprise & Security. Matthew collaborated with external clients to resolve complex problems and emphasized strong engineering practices for training clients and junior developers.
