Frank McGillin has had a long and successful career in the healthcare industry. Frank began their career in 1993 as a Marketing Director at Johnson and Johnson, where they managed marketing teams responsible for several global consumer brands with sales in excess of $160M. In 2001, they joined Philips as General Manager of Discus Dental and Vice President of Philips Oral Healthcare, where they managed the P&L, business strategy, and commercial operations of a $100 Million dental technology and medical device business. Frank also led the integration of Discus into the global oral healthcare business and built innovation capabilities. In 2014, they joined NeuroMetrix as Chief Commercial Officer and was tasked with leading the startup business and transforming it from a traditional medical device to a digital health company. In 2020, they became the Founder of Seaport Strategy Consultants, a company that helps growth-oriented companies looking to improve their performance. Frank also became the Chief Executive Officer of The Clinic by Cleveland Clinic, a transformative joint venture between Cleveland Clinic and Amwell that brings digital health solutions to a new level with unparalleled ease of use, advanced technologies, and powerful outcomes.
Frank McGillin attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for the Innovation Leadership Program, Fordham Gabelli School of Business for an MBA in Finance, and Northeastern University for a BS in Marketing.
